NovaStar Rescue is a small, predominantly foster-based, rescue in Dover, Arkansas. We are not breed specific but our main focus has always been to save, educate, and advocate for the pitties. Whether our dogs are rescued from the streets or saved from a shelter, we firmly believe that every dog deserves a chance to have a good home where they can be a loved and cherished member of the family.
