If you do not have animal control or a municipal resource assist you, AND you are able to house and keep the animal safe while we assist with vetting and networking to find the animal a home, please review our Foster Handbook and then fill out the Application for Help.

If you have a personal pet and are seeking assistance with shots, monthly prevention and/or spay/neuter, there are several low-cost clinics in Central Arkansas. NovaStar has sent dogs to each of the following clinics and trusts their practices:
